The Marcy Lobby is open for business. A mask must be worn to enter the building. The State Office Building is still closed to outside traffic.

We ask members to call ahead and set up an appointment to open new accounts, or process loan applications.

If you have financial needs that cannot be met through the use of our drive thru, ATM or other remote options please contact our office. One of our member representatives will gladly assist you.

  • Night Drop (at the Marcy location) - To save you time you can also use the night drop for deposits or loan payments only. We will be checking the night drop frequently throughout the day. Receipts will be mailed.
  • Drive thru windows (at the Marcy location) - To help us expedite your transaction, please complete and SIGN the deposit or withdrawal tickets and include your driver's license.
  • If you need a bank check or money order, you can call and we will mail it.

You may have recently received a letter labeled COVID-19 UPDATE. We discovered a mailing list error that resulted in a name and address mismatch.

This error has been corrected for any future informational mailings.

Please be advised no sensitive information has been divulged. The letter was INFORMATIONAL ONLY.

Our Commitment To Safety

As the World Health Organization continues to monitor and provide updates regarding the Coronavirus/COVID-19, we are taking all necessary precautions for the safety of our Employees and Members.

We encourage our employees and members to demonstrate proper hygiene both in and out of the workplace, avoid mass gatherings and unnecessary travel and stay home or seek care if they present flu-like symptoms.

Hand sanitizer has always been available at our teller lines and in our offices.
